"Incredible Health," "HCA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this website — an in-home care service provider based in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us by phone at (250) 327-1231 or by email at tobe3679@gmail.com.

This site provides information about our in-home care services and lets you contact us, request a free home assessment, or apply to work with us. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.

In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use this website's contact forms to report emergencies — they are not monitored 24/7.

Any in-home care we provide is delivered under a separate written care agreement signed after your home assessment. That agreement — not this website — governs the actual care relationship, including pricing, hours, scope of duties, cancellation, and liability.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal representative of the person needing care, to submit any form on this site. If you are applying to work with us, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

When you fill out a contact, assessment, or careers form, you're giving us permission to contact you back using the phone number or email you provide. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it (for example, if you're inquiring about care for another person, that you have their permission or the legal authority to do so).

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm anyone

All content on this site — text, images, the HCA logo, layout, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. You may, of course, share links to the site.

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, Resend for our email notifications, or map services in future updates). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information (hours, pricing shown in future updates, service areas) is current at every moment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incredible Health / HCA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or emotional distress. Our total liability related to this website is limited to CAD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be legally excluded, such as liability for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury caused by our proven fault under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from the use of this website will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
